Q : Are your products in stock or do you dropship?
A : All products are physically in stock with us here in Northland and ready to ship either the same day payment is received or the next working day. We never use dropshipping. (Click here for a definition of dropshipping).
Q: Is there a minimum order amount?
No, not at all. You can spend as little or as much as you wish.
Q : Is shipping charged per item or per order?
A : You will only ever pay one low flat-rate shipping fee per order. We also offer free shipping when you spend $50 or more. You can read more about shipping and find the rates here.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Sorry, we only ship within New Zealand.
Q : Where do you source your products?
A : The answer to this is locally (Ruakaka), nationally (Auckland and Christchurch), and internationally (Australia, China, The United States and The United Kingdom). We are working towards sourching the vast majority of our products from New Zealand suppliers.
