Q : Are your products in stock or do you dropship?
A : All products are physically in stock with me here in Northland and ready to ship either the same day payment is received or the next working day. I never use dropshipping. (Click here for a definition of dropshipping).
Q : Is shipping charged per item or per order?
A : You will only ever pay one flat-rate shipping fee per order. I also offer free shipping when you spend $50 or more. You can read more about shipping and find the rates here.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Sorry, at this stage I only ship within New Zealand
Q : I can't see what I want. Can you order it in for me?
A : Please feel free to contact me if you can't see the item you are looking for. I have access to a number of suppliers both in New Zealand and overseas, and will do my best to find what you want at a reasonable price.
Q : Where do you source your products?
A : The answer to this is locally, nationally and internationally. I check the quality of all items when they arrive and will not sell sub-standard items.
